Portal Support and the U of T Holiday Break
The University of Toronto is closed and will reopen Wednesday, January 3rd, 2018. Full Portal Help support services will resume on January 3rd.

Portal Help staff cannot provide users access to Portal courses or manually enroll instructors, course staff, teaching assistants, or students in Portal courses.

Student access to Portal courses is enabled by the instructor. Check ACORN to verify course enrollment, and contact the Registrar's Office and course instructor if you do not have access to Portal courses.
